Syria confirms four deaths and 61 new COVID-19 cases

Syrian has recorded 61 new coronavirus cases and four deaths over the past 24 hours, announced the Syrian Ministry of Health Sunday.

This announcement brings the total number of deaths to 341, recoveries to 2,665 and total cases to 6,613, since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis.

Syria recorded the first coronavirus case which involved an expatriate on March 22. While the first COVID-19 death was confirmed on March 29.
