Queen and royal family thank key pandemic workers at Windsor Castle

The Queen and members of the Royal Family on Tuesday (overnight NZT) met key workers and thanked them for their dedication and labours during the coronavirus pandemic.

The Monarch met local volunteers and key workers at Windsor Castle, Berkshire.

Her appearance was the first time she has been seen in public with the Prince of Wales and senior members of the royal family since before the pandemic.

Earlier, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited staff at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
