Disclosure of Shareholding in Aker Solutions ASA

As a result of the Merger, Aker ASA’s direct ownership in Aker Solutions has been diluted from 6.37% to 3.52% through its holding of 17,331,762 shares. 

Aker ASA’s total shareholding controlled in Aker Solutions following completion of the Merger, including shares held by Aker Kværner Holding AS, is 217,951,374 shares, equalling 44.28% of the total number of shares outstanding.
