BCD Travel Names Teri Miller Executive Vice President of Global Client Team | BCD Travel

UTRECHT, The Netherlands – Feb. 27, 2020 – Leading global business travel management company BCD Travel has appointed Teri Miller to Executive Vice President of Global Client Team, responsible for its largest global customers. Miller joins BCD’s global executive team, reporting directly to Mike Janssen, Global Chief Operating Officer & Chief Commercial Officer.

Miller brings extensive experience overseeing a portfolio of global customers in the life sciences, banking, entertainment, technology, manufacturing and retail sectors. She has led large operations and service centers, building client relationships, retaining and expanding client business and leading global teams in the execution of traditional and progressive program management.

“Teri brings exceptional skills for accelerating, innovating and aligning global programs at scale,” Janssen said. “As she steps into her new role, more clients will benefit from her ability to improve mature and complex travel programs.”

Having begun her career in 1982 as an employee with her family’s travel agency, Miller has accumulated three-and-a-half decades of travel industry experience—27 years with BCD Travel. She previously served as senior vice president of Global Client Team, overseeing a portfolio of global customers in the Americas and leading a global team in building, retaining and expanding client business.
