H.I.G. Capital Completes Investment in Construction Forms, Inc.

BOSTON – September 22, 2020 – H.I.G. (“Con Forms” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of engineered, abrasion-resistant piping systems and accessories for concrete, mining, power generation, and other industrial applications. H.I.G. is partnering with the existing family shareholders as well as the current management team to capitalize on and accelerate the Company’s significant strategic growth opportunities.
