Natwest backing supports Adiva Accountants office acquisition

Kent-based accountancy firm Adiva Accountants has acquired its first permanent premises after securing six-figure funding from NatWest.

Previously located on Bromley High Street, the company has used a £456,000 funding package from the bank to purchase an 818 sq ft ground floor office on East Street, after outgrowing its former rented office space.

Over the last five years, the team has grown to four employees, with the firm now planning to recruit a new full-time employee in the coming months.

Admir Elezaj, who founded the firm in 2015, said: Since I founded the business, we have successfully grown both the size of the team and our client base, all from our rented premises on Bromley High Street. However, to allow us to continue to expand, now was the time to relocate to our own office space.

“Thanks to the support from NatWest, we have been able to purchase the new office on East Street with capacity for us to hire at least one new member of staff each year for the next five years. We can now start settling into our first permanent office and plans are already in motion to hire another employee.”
