Infosys has agreed to acquire Blue Acorn iCi, Adobe Platinum’s partner in the US and a leading digital customer experience, commerce and analytics, for up to USD 125.00 million.
The transaction is expected to strengthen Infosys’ end-to-end customer experience offerings and demonstrates its continued commitment to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.
Blue Acorn iCi is an award-winning digital customer experience company with cross-technology capabilities through the convergence of customer experience, digital commerce, analytics and experience driven commerce services.
Its services include strategy, analytics, design and engineering to boost global brands across industries from media, consumer goods and retail to financial services, manufacturing and technology.
The acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of fiscal 2021, subject to the usual raft of conditions.

In the largest of these, US-based Advantage Solutions is being acquired by blank check company Conyers Park II Acquisition for USD 5.20 billion, in a deal that will result in the company being listed on Nasdaq.
Other targets have included PSKW, Genimous Technology, Shang Ying Global and InnerWorkings.
