LS Logistics has decided to extend the contract for the lease of space in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, where it has been operating for four years.

In the SEGRO logistics park in Nadarzyn, LS Logistics covers an area of ​​over 12,500 sq m. Among the company’s 90 clients, there are also companies from the RES (photovoltaics, heat pumps), household appliances or FMCG industry. From the warehouse facility in Nadarzyn, LS Logistics distributes its customers’ goods to eastern markets, mainly to Russia and Belarus, as well as in Poland and most European countries.

“Our strength is that we adapt to the individual needs of our clients on an ongoing basis. Therefore, both the high standard of warehouses and the flexibility of the offer in the SEGRO logistics park are very important to us, as well as a convenient location – the property is located close to the communication junction connecting the A2 motorway and the S2, S7, S8 expressways,” said Rafał Górski, President of the Management Board of LS Logistics.

The contract includes storage (key customers store 3,000 to 7,000 pallets in the warehouse), cross-docking services. LS Logistics also offers VAS services, including welding, foiling, labelling, kits, and advertising stands. Forwarding services that provide customers with both supply and distribution in LTL, FTL groupage services and sea freight are also included.

SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is located south of Warsaw, 5 km from the administrative borders of the capital. The facility is located near the DK8 (Białystok-Wrocław / Katowice) and the Paszków junction (connection of the S2 / S7 / S8 ring roads around Warsaw with the A2 motorway) and is 4 km from DK 7 (Gdańsk-Kraków).
