Fiona’s skills and experience will compliment those of the firm’s well-established health team in London, by adding her employment expertise.
Fiona joins from Hempsons where she worked as a partner for over eight years and headed up the firm’s health employment team in the south.
With 20 years’ experience in employment law, Fiona has successfully represented clients for many years at employment tribunal hearings across the UK.
Specialising in the health sector, Fiona regularly advises at board and senior executive level for the NHS, private providers, Royal Colleges, membership bodies, GP/dental practices in relation to complex/high-profile employment and HR matters.
Fiona has significant experience advising on and conducting advocacy successfully in high-value, complex employment litigation, particularly cases involving discrimination, whistleblowing and those that relate to concerns with doctors (MHPS). Fiona also regularly supports clients with complex change-management situations, such as redundancies, restructures and TUPE transfers.
