Double shortlisting for Hill Dickinson at Yorkshire Legal Awards 2020

The prestigious awards, now in their 20th year, recognise the outstanding talent in the legal sector across the Yorkshire region, and bring together the region’s legal community to celebrate its many achievements.

Hill Dickinson, which has a Leeds office as well as eight other national and international offices, is shortlisted in two categories: Law Firm of the Year (Large); and Partner of the Year.

The awards recognise the continued growth and strength of the firm’s Leeds team.

Shortlisted for Partner of the Year is Robert McGough, Hill Dickinson’s head of Commercial Health. The award celebrates partners who have significantly contributed to the success of their practice in the last 12 months, both in fee earning and other areas such as business development.

Commenting on the shortlisting, head of the Leeds office, Esther Venning said: “I am delighted that the success of our growing Leeds team has been recognised in this year’s Yorkshire Legal Awards. I am really proud of the whole team’s continued hard work and dedication, especially in the difficult circumstances this year. The nominations wouldn’t be possible without this.”

The firm recently expanded its Leeds-based practice and relocated to larger and more prestigious premises at Nine Bond Court in the city in a clear sign of confidence in its strategy for continued growth in the region.
