DAC Beachcroft recently supported the premium brand for CBD products, Lady A, on its website and product launch.

As a brand Lady A makes high-end, tailored CBD products for women with a range of products, including tinctures, gel capsules, balms and vapes.

The launch of the Lady A CBD brand was covered in Tatler magazine in an article that describes the product as “a premium CBD brand designed for women”, and the Lady A website states that “we make beautiful products designed by women, for women to help alleviate the stresses, strains and worries of modern life”.

DAC Beachcroft advised on the legal aspects of the website, including the Terms & Conditions, as well as supporting advice on the regulatory issues in relation to the Novel Foods guidance, which CBD products must adhere to.
