Since the start of the pandemic, we’ve had to get creative with the way we keep up with our workout routines. We’ve never had so much fitness content at our fingertips from streaming classes to workout videos, but there’s room for more. We’ve invited our network of elite athletes and grassroots fitness enthusiasts – all from underrepresented communities in the online fitness space – to share not only their workouts, but their stories too.
Fitness series ‘Move with Us’ kicks off today featuring workouts from body positive yoga expert, wellness entrepreneur and author, Jessamyn Stanley and world champion, Paralympic medallist and motivational speaker, Denise Schindler. The series is available for free on youtube.com/adidaswomen, with more classes dropping from March onwards.
This workout content sits alongside a line-up of soon-to-be-released product innovations spanning everything from performance tights that help you stay in play during your period, to modesty swimwear – all part of our larger ‘Watch Us Move’ initiative focused on making sport everyone’s game.
