We had the pleasure of catering for a very special event on 12th September when our new client, IM Group, officially launched their stunning, new corporate headquarters at Fore Business Park, Solihull.
Over 150 guests attended the VIP canapé and drinks reception at the new 60,000 sq ft state of the art campus which has become a major landmark in the area.
Our Area Manager Steve Smith and his team created and served some amazing food and drinks including a locally sourced gin and Aperol to add to the celebrations.
The canapé menu included
Beetroot macaron & goat’s cheese
Beef Wellington, smoked pomme puree & red wine gel
Ham & Manchego bon bon
Local Gin cured salmon, pickled cucumber & lemon gel
Cured tuna tartar with wasabi mayonnaise
