npower is the most recent supplier to announce energy price rise

Following the news of the price cap rising, npower are the most recent energy supplier to announce a price increase.

Ofgem’s price cap will rise by £96 from 1st April, allowing suppliers to charge customers on default tariffs up to £1,138. npower has recently reported they will charge the upper limit of the cap for all customers on standard variable tariffs.
