Three Oxfordshire site managers have been recognised for their dedication to quality housebuilding with top industry awards.

The National House-Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Award recognises site managers and their teams who produce the highest quality homes, with winners selected from over 16,000 site managers in the UK.

Wayne Hayward is one of three winners, and received his award for his work at the Bridleways development in Banbury. Other winners from the business unit were Jack Preston, who works at Thornbury Green in Eynsham, and Martin Lloyd, based at Northbourne View, Great Western Park, Didcot.

The site managers will now go on to the regional stage in Autumn 2020, with the Supreme Awards gala final being held in early 2021.

Simon Cook, Production Director at Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, said: “We’re delighted to have three Quality Award winners this year. It’s a fantastic honour for each of the site managers, but also speaks volumes of the work that our site teams do across our developments. They all work incredibly hard and take great pride in ensuring that the homes we build are completed to the highest possible standards.
