Sarah Martin, a trainee accountant at leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has been awarded the John Beere Award 2020 by the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) for the highest marks for the Professional Level exams in the East Midlands.

Sarah is an Assistant Manager within the East Midlands Restructuring team. The prize is awarded annually to the student who achieves the overall highest marks in the Institute’s professional stage examinations held in Dec 2019, March, June and September 2020.
Commenting on the win, Sarah said: ‘Winning this prize came as a huge surprise and honour, and a fantastic feeling after all the hard work.’
