Fully activated remote working proces | Crowe UK

On Tuesday 17 March we contacted you to let you know the steps we are taking at Crowe to minimise the impact of COVID-19. Since then, we have remained alert to announcements and all guidance regarding COVID-19 from the Government and Public Health England.

With this in mind, it is in the interest of both public health and the continued well-being of our people, that we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close all our national offices and fully activate our remote working processes as of today, 23 March, at 17:00.


This decision has not been taken lightly but as we find ourselves in unprecedented times, the safety and well-being of our employees and our clients has to remain our top priority.

The service to you remains uninterrupted

We have prepared and tested our systems and processes so that you can rest assured that an uninterrupted service to you will continue while we navigate through this new, but hopefully temporary, reality.

We are working through these challenging times together with our clients and contacts, our people and our business, continually developing our approach as the situation changes. Our people are committed to ensuring business continuity and we thank you in advance for your support as we endeavour to provide you with a continued service.

When sending us postal correspondence

During this period, please can all postal correspondence be scanned and sent as a PDF to your Crowe contact. All correspondence sent to an office or of a more general nature should be sent to mailtosort@crowe.co.uk. If you do not have access to scanning tools, please email mailtosort@crowe.co.uk and we can arrange a suitable address to route this to the appropriate person.

We will keep you informed on developments as we make them, including when our offices will open, once it is appropriate to do so.

In the meantime, your Crowe contacts still remain the same. We are ready and available to support you by phone, email or video call so please do get in touch should there be anything you need.
